DALE THOMAS VAUGHN is a social entrepreneur, high performance personal coach, author and keynote speaker.
Dale began his career in organizational communication at Southwest Airlines and Ticketmaster/Live Nation - after which he co-founded an inclusionary leadership consulting company called The Gender Leadership Group, and co-organized the Better Man Conference.
As an activist at the forefront of the conversation around gender equality and healthy masculinity, Dale was acknowledged as a "leader of men of quality" by feminist attorney Gloria Allred, and presented at the International Conference on Masculinities alongside other leaders like Gloria Steinem, Sheryl Sandberg and Michael Kimmel.
Dale has hosted more than 300 workshops through The EmpowerMentorship Institute, and has been twice recognized as a Best of LA event leader by The Los Angeles Weekly. His newest book, The Empowered Path, provides a framework for achieving real, sustainable, repeatable success. He is a Sr. Editor at The Good Men Project and has been featured in Entrepreneur, on CNN, Huff Post Live, CBS, Canada.com and other major media outlets.
Dale’s story often includes excerpts from his long distance trekking adventures over 1,000 miles on 3 continents.

Jermaine Charles - Alumni Mentor
Jermaine Charles is an Alumni Mentor from The EmpowerMentorship Institute who has personally experienced the power of the system several times over in his career, relationships, and life focus. He has also helped develop new phases of the curriculum and will be acting as a co-facilitator at Empowerment Live.
He currently resides in Denver, Colorado where he acts as the Head of Content Curation for Time Warner Cable. He is also a board member of the Denver Press Club and serves on the Mayor's Pedestrian Advisory Council. On top of all that he is also developing several side projects including a film production company focused on creating diverse content and starting a national beer club that will provide members with monthly shipments from Colorado Craft Breweries.

Matt Shepherd - Vulnerability and Self-Love
Matt Shepherd is an actor, filmmaker, and advocate for men living with eating disorders. He is a contributing writer for the Good Men Project and is a regular speaker and workshop leader about his continued recovery.
His Youtube Channel Meet Matt Shepherd features comedic content about his recovery story, advocacy surrounding eating disorders, weight loss, and accepting transformation. His production company, Kid to City Media has recently wrapped a short film, and currently has other projects in development across multiple platforms.
